About the course

The Agriculture and Rural Development for the African Continent online course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the critical role of agriculture in driving economic growth, ending hunger, and reducing poverty within the African continent. My Approach

In this course, I will adopt an integrated and practical approach to explore the different dimensions of agriculture and rural development. The modules will be structured to provide a holistic understanding of the interconnectedness between investment financing, food security, poverty alleviation, trade, climate resilience, and regional performance. I will encourage discussions and case studies, particularly the Zambia case-study, to stimulate critical thinking and foster a collaborative learning environment.
